At Hair Care, we want you to love your locks; if a product isn't the perfect fit for your hair type, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 75% of the product remaining to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the hair care items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and handled safely.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original boxes, ensuring caps are tightened to prevent leaks during transit, and attach the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
